How the volumes meet
Assemblage Lounge brings two interlocking sections together. Their meeting shapes the seat’s silhouette: the volumes respond to one another, and the openings below reveal how they connect. The piece can be read both as a whole and through the junction of its two sections.
02 / Materials & details
Tweed and brushed brass
The weave of the tweed emphasises the upholstered volumes and their junction. At their base, brushed brass draws a quieter line. Texture and surface work together to reveal the seat’s composition without obscuring its contours.
